Most of the time this has to deal with a poor ground connection. Everything around the motor is plastic so the ground wire is the only place the motor ground. I gave up trying to find the problem connection and attached a secondary ground to the motor and fixed it. U get to the motor under the hood in between wipers. Remove filter -remove 4 screws on blower cover. The blower slides out. attach a ground wire on the rear screw on the motor. Find a good ground for that wire & your done. I put a small hole under the blower and attached it to the frame ground right behind radio. Any good ground will work.
