Problem for Nokia 2310 Cellular Phone

Can hear people talk but they can not hear me, phone isn't muted!

When someone rings me, or i ring someone, i can hear them but they can not hear me, and ive already checked to see whether my phone is muted or not but it isn't so what seem's to be the problem?

It must be hardware problem. to fix that visit to nearest nokia care centre.
