- I have Sony HD Model # KP51WS510 made in Mexico on November 2003 Closed Caption is stuck on even though the setting reads off. Have tried everything and nothing has worked! HELP!!!- GuestDec 24, 2008

- The CLOSED CAPTIONING on my Olevia will NOT TURN OFF!Yes, yes, I've gone to the main menu and shut it off. I've tried every single combination of buttons and settings I can think of but it will not come off.
It's to the point that I wish I was deaf.

- I have Cox Digital Cable, so my tv comes through the HDMI. I like to use subtitles or closed captioning, but it wont work. on the remote i press the CC button and nothing happens. I have also tried programming CC by using the cable remote, but they dont work on there either. any help?- Guest

closed caption will not turn off, even after going into the settings and making sure it says off.
