Problem for HP Photosmart 3210 Printer
While using my HP C6280 printer it stopped working
While using my HP C6280 printer it stopped working and the Ink System Failure oxc18a0401 appeared. It said to shut the printer off and turn it back on but this did not work. Prior to this error notification it had told me never to turn the printer off by any means other than the off and on switch on the unit. I have always used this switch. What can I do to fix this? Dave

first off all disconnect the power cable from the surge protector or power stripe if any and connect it directly to the wall outlet
after that turn onn the printer try to make a copy
if you have solution center in your computer try to clean and allign the cartridges from the printer TOOL BOX in SOLUTION CENTER from your computer
still if it does not work follow the steps given in the url

and if still you get the same error it is the problem with the ink system so if your printer is in warranty call hp they will replace it for you
