Question about Sharp DVHR300U 109-Hours Video Recorder
Help... I got a 14-inch sharp model no. 14AG1-S. The problem is I cannot get the exact TV reception. I checked the system. it only has video system as : auto, pal, secam and NTSC 4.43; and an audio system as B/G, D/K and I. I am from the Phillipines. Our other TV has good reception with the NTSC 3.58 and audio system of M. What is the the proper remedy for the sharp TV to have a good reception on the TV chaneels?

No it only supports analog. I'm pretty sure no CRT TV would be digital reception. Here is a link... Scroll down until you see the specs. First line is your answer: http://www.ciao.com/Sharp_32F540_CRT_TV_CRT__10021988#productdetail

PAL-M is 525 line 29.97 frames per sec, PAL-N is 625 line 50 frames per sec. Most countries (e.g. UK) use PAL B/G/D/K/I which is 625 line 25 frames per sec. PAl-M is used in Brazil, PAL-N is used in Uraguay and Paraguay. Most modern TVs will handle both PAL and NTSC as long as the RGB input is used (via scart or HDMI).

If you were to log on to the
manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as
usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer
Instruction Manuals, list
for spare parts and service, Driver
downloads and upgrades
This is the best way of ensuring up to
date drivers for your system and they are free of charge!
Perhaps your aerial signal is too weak? Check it first.
I hope this helps.
