I have a ML150G5 server, that power's up ...
I have a ML150G5 server, that power's up and then shut's down and it is not possible to power up again, the power led stays amber and the network le blinks green. I had mother board replaced, and power replaced and the problem continuous.

Does it power up and die right away? Does it load the OS and then die? Is it connected to wall plug or UPS? Front switch shorting?

- I'm having this exact same problem with a ML150G5 Server. We have replaced the systemboard and powersupply and still does not power up but for 5sec.I saw another article that said to replace the thermal sensor that goest from the systemboard to the front of the case.
I ordered one from HP. I will know tomorrow if this fixes this extremely annoying issue!- psilocybn
