Don't use BTYAHOO...on your computer you will also have internet explorer (BROWSER)....and you should be able to log on ......and if possible please remove btyahoo form your system.
load up in safe mode. Keep Pressing f8 when you turn on the laptoptill you get a menu use the arrow keys to select safe mode. when windows loads you will see your usual login and another called administrator , click on the administrator and log into that one, click start > control panel > user accounts and click on manage accounts then click create new account, called it what ever you want. then once you have created the account restart the laptop and then log on to the new account instead of yours . Report back here if you are able to login to windows ok using this method
