Door icemaker will not dispense ice. Motor starts

Door icemaker will not dispense ice. Motor starts then stops. Small filings around gears at bottom of ice bucket and ice bucket compartment. What to do?

- Thanks Eric What is coupler? Is this part of motor? Do you need to replace these parts separately? How do you get to the motor? How to access -- inside of door or outside?

At the very least you have worn out coupler components. Determine what the motor issue is and replace it if necessary also.
