Made a cup of expresso and steamed the milk. Did not remember to turn know clockwise and shut off steam. It just fizzled out. Went to make cup the following morning and could not turn knob to closed position (arrow should be at top when steam valve is closed, but in my case the arrow remains on the right side - open position and will not move).
