Question about Whirlpool GU2400XTP Built-in Dishwasher
Jaeg, your problem could be the board or the heating unit. also a sensor could have failed that would tell the heater that there is sufficient water in the unit so that it can heat it, and or that it needs to be heated in the first place. that would not stop it from drying however. so, unless you have a multiple of issues, it is likely the heating element or the board.
for scott, i think i would get the repairman back again. it should be on him. and when you find the real issue, try to get your money back for the parts and labor that did not change things for the better.
