A friend has a toshiba RP TV, the blue Convergence is not working, the problem is lower middle and the left center and lower. There is no up or down control of the blue but left and right works. The rest of the Convergence is working fine.

You have one or more bad convergence amplifiers. Best to replace both convergence output ICs as well as check low value resistors associated with them.
