My Zoombox fans or light doesn't work

You should check the power source for the correct operation. Try plugging something else into the power socket /extension cord and verify that it works before proceeding. Next, check the device's fuse and make sure that it is not blown. If all is OK then, you must have the unit serviced as there is some thing else internally wrong with it.
Good Luck!

Speakers Plugged In Right But Wont Turn On??

If the power light on the speakers isn't on, then the power supply going to the speakers is either in a bad outlet (test the outlet with a voltage meter) or the plug isn't firmly seated. Best of luck in your new home and hope this solves your problem.

They should be plugged in and turned on when you power up your system. They should be plugged into the green jack (line out). You then may have to check settings in control panel for your sound card's properties to see if digital only is checked. Try it both ways. Hope this helps.

I have dell speakers hooked up to my dell pc but NO sound.

  • Ensure the connection first if the connectors are hooked up to the correct port.
  • check if the speaker is receiving the power there should be an indicator lit up
  • If you have an integrated sound card make sure they are not disabled in BIOS.
  • Then check if the sound drivers are properly installed.
  • check the volume control to ensure if mute is checked(uncheck it) also ensure the volume level it needs to be set to a level so that it's audible to you.
  • Do check the speakers with another devioce to ensure the speakers are fine and working.

How do i know where the grren cord goes, there is 2 different green slots and i tryed both of them

Hi, itryed
Well, first thing first! you mean, someone Format your computer? if so. Just see in device manager if the person install the correct drivers for yous specific sound card . (device manager) if not install them from the CD that is drivers for your computer. (sound)
then put the cables and check!
that should do the trick
