No audio sound on my asus motherbord?

Check the manual to ensure the jumper is in the right position.
Assuming you are referencing onboard sound.
If so do as i suggest above and ensure your motherboard audio drivers are installed correctly.
Go to control panel\ sounds and audio devices (XP) click on Advanced button and make sure that Play control and wave volume control are ramped up and not muted
