I have an error #343 I am trying to fix it ...

I have an error #343 I am trying to fix it however the printer controls are written in japanese. I have recently cleaned the print heads and I am sure this has something to do with the problem. If not the whole problem. Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks!
