Problem for Dell (3T237) Motherboard

My dell computer will not boot up. Hard drive

My Optiplex GX270 Dell computer will not boot up. Hard drive doesn't spin up unless I disconnect the ribbion cable. I get an solid amber light on the on/off power button. And an amber light on the motherboard. No Bios after turning on. Any ideas?

Dear,
Please remove the all the memory and poweron the system. If you hear a beep sound, system board, and processor is ok. else you can suspect processor or mother board.
Remove the mother board battery after disconnecting all the powercable and try to switch on again.

Sir,
It seems to me that you Ram is not working properly you are suggested to Replace it with another or most probably with new one.
