Question about Breadman TR777C Bread Maker
This machine has never made a satisfactory product. The bread seems to kneed properly but it bakes an unraised flat and course loaf. We have followed the instruction book maticulously with no success. It appears that some element of the electronics have failed, or was wrong from the outset. Is there a way to have the manufacturer check the unit and repair the malfuntioning component?

You can get a replacement kneading paddle for this model at Applica, which is 1-800-738-0245 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., ET). I just talked to them today! They don't have the replacment pan but do still have the paddle. Hope this helps!

Use Fleischman's Active Dry Yeast, and not any other kind of yeast - make sure you follow the recipe guide to the letter, or your results may not turn out right. Also, never pre-mix the ingredients before putting them in the Cuisinart - let the breadmaker do the mixing for you.

The machine automatically reset after 24 hours of being disconnected from the electrical outlet.
When plugged in after 24 hours, power returned to the circuit board and the display was activated.
