Our Ultimate care II dryer heats but does not spin. I figure it needs a new belt, just wondering what the part number is and where I can get it locally (Rochester, NY 14612)

the whirlpool belt is a pretty standard part,
any of the sears parts store, or any appliance parts store in your local area should have one
it is very common
