I recently got given a 19 cellphone china iphone clone for my son and it makes a clicking noise all the time and i can not set up mms texts to receive via bluetooth or to send. sim card works with tesco network

The clicking noise could be the sound of the dial pad, just change it in the phone settings or profiles settings. To set up MMS you need to get the information from tesco and set up the phone with the information provided. Once you get the information from Tesco, tap on the messages icon (or SMS or MMS icon) and tap MMS, scrool down to MMS settings and fill up the information.
