Television is dead. won't turn on picture or

Mitsubishi CS-26201 Television is dead. When use remote or power switch in front, hear small swith relay sound, but it doesn't turn on (no picture, color, or sound. Stays as a 'unpowered' black screen.
Television was working fine according to my wife until yesterday evening.When she turned it off via remote. I have plugged TV directly into Electrical outlet, to no effect.

Is there a servicable fuse or circuit breaker that would have cut off power, in case an electrical spike during the rain yesterday evening.
