Please contact your bank right away and tell them that you never authorized those payments. They will do the needful for you.

erm you're a victim of fraud! Naturally you've contacted your bank/card establishment... But therin lies a problem no debit card protection only for credit cards as far as i'm aware.
Never use a debit card for online purchases use Paypal or similar for better security . Mind you there's no such thing as total security.
Contact the organisation that sent the goods out and get your ISP to trace the fraudster
