You don't need to unless you intend to use Dell's Datasafe, their online backup program. It is a common problem with this program and the best solution is to uninstall the program. Dell does not have a solution other than restoring your system to a date in the past where you didn't see the error.

If the problem persists, you'll have to do a little bit more indepth work.
Go into the Registry. You’ll see that DataSafe is launching under HKLocal Machine under Optional Components. Delete those entries and exit Regedit. Then set msconfig back to the Normal Startup and reboot - Problem will be gone! No Error messages at all. Machine boots faster.
