When I press Picture Size on Remote it comes up "unavailable"
If you go into MENU the sizes are 'greyed out' and don't allow you to access them

I follow the instructions in the manual. The highlight bar keeps HOPPING OVER the Picture Size selection. Therefore, I can never set it to natural to pillar box a 4:3 picture. Instead it is stretched out to fill the frame and the picture looks like it was shot on a cell phone camera.
