Making clicking noise when turned on..folding

A scraper/s have either;

1) Popped out of their location..
2) Damaged your upper heat roller/lower hear roller and the click is where its steadily wearing into the surface of the roller.

You can do the following;

Remove the power cable.
Open the covers so you can access the fuser (the hot part)
Look inside, you will be looking for about 4-6 scrapers, they should look like a birds beak (kinda)
See if you can remove the one causing the problem, if not, get the copier to jam up then look in there, the one causing the issue should stand out as it will be causing the jam.

All in all you will have to remove/or re locate the scraper into its original position.
