My HP Officejet 6210xi All-in-one print keeps saying paper jam when there is no paper in the printer at all. Like I opened the lid to where the ink cartridges are and noticed that there are two things that are preventing the ink cartridges from moving across the page. Please Help .....Thank You

Found this on the HP support site. Issue: "The product stops printing and the error message 'Paper Jam: Clear jam, and then press OK ' displays on the product." HP Support site This link will take you to "Solve a Problem" page for your printer. It will walk you through how to reset your printer to clear your "paper jam alarm " Hope this is helpful and GOOD LUCK!

The product stops printing and the error message 'Paper Jam: Clear jam, and then press OK ' displays on the product.

GOOD LUCK!
A carriage stall is when the carriage holding the ink cartridge cannot move back and forth inside the printer. You may have a carriage stall if you have one of the following symptoms:
