Question about iLO (2 GB) MP3 Player

Ilo is not reconized by the computer

The computer do not reconize the ilo as a new device. the computer dont have any problem with other devices just the ilo I even try with a new usb cable

    Similar problem with Phillips SA1100 the display on the phillips MP3 shows that it is communicting with PC - but MP3 does not show on the PC removable drives

    Hi I got my son a ilo 2 mb mp3 player, this isn't our first mp3 just the first of this brand. media Player is not recognizing the device at all. I plug it in and get a VERY dark screen, but nothing else. Tried using a different cord, tried changing batteries. no difference, I can't even get my computer to recognize it in other applications to try to format it to see if that was the problem. HELP!

I have the ilo and i had the same problem! I hooked it up with my husbands Creative brand mp3 cord and it worked. It recognized it as the ilo and allowed my to sync. I hope this was helpful.

I had to repair the acer web cam, know I can not take pictures. I can recorde vidios through acer arcade. Can someone help?


is the computer reconizing the web cam (look under devices under hardware under my computer properties ) if it does reconize web cam and there is a yellow question mark by the device you propably need to reinstall driver for it

My computer won't reconize disk


Have you updated all of the necessary drivers? Yes your computer may recognize the device in the device manager, but without the proper drivers it won't allow the computer to communicate with that particular device.

This is the worst mp3 player ever invented - i have to tell you this up front. There is no driver, the company does not support the product anymore - I would return it now while you still can.

Either the device is bad, the pc port is bad, or the software is faulty. Try connecting to different usb port, then a usb port on a different pc with a compatible os. If still not recognized, then there is physical damage to player.

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Sansa wont turn on/isnt reconized


I will recommend you to get a firmware upgrade for the device...if that doesnt do it, you will need to contact the manufacturer so they have RMA the device,usually update the firmware solve the problems you are having...
