The oven door is not closing all the way, and the gap at the top is about 1/2" wider tha the bottom. John

I think it is hinge related, but there is no way to adjust the hinges that I can see?? JL

Is there any referance # for that service bulletin? Is it a recall? I've heard from other resources that Jenn Air has had a history of problems with this door hinge? JL

We've had the hinges replaced. Didn't work. Still won't close tightly enough for the light to go out or the fan to operate properly

try to open the door see if the door latch is extended if it is locate the light switch on the oven cavity and hold it in then hit start then cancel or stop the latch rod should go back

tdc-0017b-b but dont quote me anyway jenn air was made by maytag who was recently bought by whirlpool no recall only recall promblems that are dangerous
