Question about Microwave Ovens
The microwave start button doesn't always activate the microwave. i need to roll my finger around and around the button until finally it activates. it sometimes takes a couple minutes! it sometimes starts easily, but it isn't always at the same spot on the round button.
The keypad is a thin plastic membrane type that is glued to the plastic control panel frame.
It's most likely that the keypad is worn out or possibly you have a flaky door switch.

You can usually order Samsung parts (either the keypad / membrane switch or control panel with keypad) from http://www.samsungparts.com but that model number is not showing up, so you may have to call or e-mail them through their site.
