If you had a bluetooth device connected and it did not disconnect
properly then the phone may be trying to play the sounds to the
bluetooth and not the speaker, Turn the phone's bluetooth off and then
on and it should work. Also, if you look at a sound file or video file
it will show the bluetooth symbol next to it, which means that it is
playing to bluetooth and not the phones other outputs.
