You need to select the wi-fi website again, and enter the password again. It will then store the password.

If you forget the site, it forgets the password connection to the site and you have to start again.

Whenever you open an account tell your Son to make a note in a diary with username and Password. Whenever you use EMAIL or the particular site refer the diary password and then use. This will decrease your stress and you will become Organised and punctual in your work and also you need not grumble forgetting password or USER NAME>

then enable Broadcast SSID. This is the name of your wireless connection. You can name it anything.
You can also put WEP password to prevent others to connect to it.
tell your son to scan for network access again, then chose the name of the wireless connection you chose with the password.

You need to reboot and press the F8 key (a few times) after it gets past the Windows boot screen. When the machine boots in safe mode, you can just go to Control Panel and Users and Groups and reset your sons account with a new password.

If you have any other users you can try to remove your son's password from the other user account. If you don't then you'll need a password reset boot disk.

Unfortunately, you need the start up disk to change the password.

All you need to do is log into the router usually with the pc that is attached to the router (wired) by typing into the run command box http://192.168.1.1 Depending on the brand of router you'll either put in admin and no password or admin for the password or admin and password for password. Once in the router go to the wireless security tab and you can see the network key. Hope this helps
