Make sure freezer fan is working. This fan moves cold air from the freezer to the refrigerator. If it's not turning, the freezer will get too cold and the refrigerator will not get cold enough. The fan is usually located behind an access plate in the freezer compartment. Listen and see if you can hear it running. If not, remove the access plate and look at the fan. If it's not turning, you will need to replace the fan motor.
