Replace your video cord if possible
Wait a minute ... you already have had professional help with this ... and the manufacturer can't fix it - so you come here - don't say a word about all the things you have already done and not worked - I try to give you a little direction and then ... you mark me down! AND then, you want me to give you MORE advice on a question neither the computer store nor the manufacturer can answer?
I am ONE of many many good volunteers who work at this site out of our home. I enjoy helping people with problems and I'm pretty good at it. I will tell you - GOOD QUESTIONS get GOOD ANSWERS (Not perfect mind you - but decent answers)
I dont understand your motivation nor expectation.
I'm sorry you found no value in my efforts on your behalf. I do hope you get your problem solved.

I HAVE TRIED TO INSTALL A NEW VIDEO CARD BUT HAD ISSUES. DRPPED IT OFF AT THE LOCAL COMPUTER STORE AND THEY WERE ALSO NOT ABLE TO INSTALL THE CARD. THEY CONTACTED EMACHINES AND EMACHINES DID NOT HAVE AN ANSWER FOR THEM. LOOKING FOR DIFFERENT IDEAS. HOW CAN I TELL IF I AM GETTING FULL PREFORMANCE FROM MY VIDEO CARD?
