lightning strike/power surge has caused my refrigerator compressor to stop working. it is getting power because lights inside refer are working and so is the irritating constant beeping. what can i do?

Call a repair service. Compressor replacement is not a do-it-yourself job. Depending upon the quoted price and the age of the refrigerator, it might not be cost effective to repair it.
