Question about RCA F32650 32" TV
Look for bad solder connections on the solder side of the board: You have to take board out of the plastic and slides out. Look around the high voltage transformer pin connections and large transistor associated with it and all connections associated with it too. Use magnifying glass. Could be hard to see. You could also shotgun the whole section by just soldering all associated connections. Look for burned connections also.
