Here is a link to the page in your user manual that describes how to use the SD card. You will need a pdf reader like Acrobat reader installed on your computer to be able to read the information in the link.

I need an instruction leaflet - I've forgotten how it works and how to put new pictures on it.

Hi, most of this type picture frame require an S.D. card usually the large type . There are some that are the large sd card but you can insert a small sd card into the large one . If you have a large sd card in your camera then all you have to do is insert it in the picture frame. If you have a pc you can transfer your pictures to a separate sd card and use that just for the picture frame . If you have pictures on your phone you will have to transfer them to a pc then put your sd card from your picture frame into the pc and transfer to the sd card from the picture frame.

Kodak EX 1011 does not recongnize memory card

On the contrary. The EX1011 is designed to work with SD cards. Your 4GB card is actually an SDHC card. While it fits into the slot, it is electronically incompatible and the frame will not recognize it as a memory card. You need to use SD cards, 2GB and smaller.

I cannot find any printscreen or prtsc button on my (second hand) HP compaq nc6320. Can I make one with quickbuttons or so ..?

You should have a blue [fn] button to the right of the [ctrl] key. Hold it down and press [insert] at the same time. My NC6320 has lots of these functions printed in blue on the keys.

Hope this helps!

The driver for the SD card slot may not be installed.
The other option is to insert your SD card into a USB card reader and then connect it to the USB port on the computer. This computer will see this as an external USB storage device and then you can copy and paste the images into the computer.

Its not recognizing my sd card reader

Make sure you can see the Secure Digital host controller and
Texas Instruments PCI GemCore based smartcard controller in the Device Manager. If its missing, re-download the drives from HP.

If you are trying to use a SDHC Memory Card in the reader,
you will need updated Win XP TI drivers as the ones on the HP site
do not support the newer memory cards.

This goes for the nx5000's nx6110's nc6120's and nc6320's.
Updated XP TI drivers are needed

My Camrea tells me that the card is protected

Before inserting your SD memory card, slide the write-switch to unlock position. Insert the SD card, go to ‘setup menu’, then ‘format’ , format the SD card. All pictures will be erased. Refer your manual on page 87.
