I have a 307 with a Blaukpunt 5 cd stack in it. I put a copied CD in and it has never worked since. Is there a reset button I can use?
The garage looked at it and 'fixed' it but now the CD player does not see any CD.
Any help is appreciated

it's a late model head unit, probable cause 1.)the cd lens inside might be dirty 2.)the lens may have reached it's max. service life (need to replace) 3.)lens is not aligned anymore due to usage and years of constant vibration of the vehicle.
i would love and try to help you. ok so your having a problem with your subwoofers when you put a cd in. well try to change the output of speakers to work when you put a cd in it should be on the car radio and also you can try reseting the car radio there should be a little button to reset it. If you need more help or this does really answer youe question let me know. Thanks
I had the same problem, CD not accepted by unit and pressing source button to select CD player causes unit to display reset. Using reset button just causes unit to 'whir' for a while, problem is not solved. Firstly with unit switched off, and the ignition off I inserted a CD using some gentle force, I then inserted a second CD, forcing it in over the top of the first. Next I pressed and held the reset button for a short time before releasing it. Both CDs were ejected, when the unit had stopped I took the CDs out, replaced the front panel and turned on the ignition, The unit will now accept CDs and eject them O.K.
(This did take two attempts to get right). Seems to reset the eject status of the CD player.
I have a 206 cc with a built in clarion cd and radio, the cd player does not work. my girlfriend has a 307 with the same cd player.I want to swop them both over but when i do they both bleep! this must be the anti-theft device kicking in. How do i swop them? darren fom haworth
If you have the factory fitted nav then this is an integrated system and you will need to get the clarion repaired. If you give me a call I can advise you how to arrange to have the unit repaired 0161 428 2020
Hi dont know if anyone reads this still. First the finger tip control you have to rewire it into the new cd player with a Autoleads PC99-X26 - Peugeot 206 plus connection to your make of radio. Also the wireing problem some times is down to the red and yellow wires being the wrong way round swap them over and this should solve this.
