Can't Install Driver

Hi check whether the Drivers are compatible with your operating systems.There is compatibility wizard in OS like microsoft.You can also try the old drivers and then update it.Sometimes two way swap is best way to indicate where the problems is.Test the new adapter with old drivers.Hope this help.Post any errors you get and we can work it out from there.

The BF810 uses a PL2303 serial chip which is now part of windows XP SP2 with all updates.

Bafo has drivers for windows and macos and OSX etc.

If you are using Windows Vista, there is a Vista specific driver (probably still in beta). You should definately talk to their tech support.

If you are using Windows XP, use the uninstall button on the Edgeport Config utility (and then reboot) and then reinstall according to the instructions.
