I have a tungsten E2 and rep;aced the battery, after charging it overnight and doing a soft reset I am only getting the start up screen asking for password. On the screen are the number pad, owner,hint,clear&ok. The touch screen will not respond and the 4 buttons only make a clicking noise. The up & down arrow works along with the set button. Does this mean I have to replace the LCD screen or mother board? I have also removed the screen and cleanned off any dirt etc.
