The only problem I see is that this replacement battery does not have the wires connected so you may have to do some surgery on it and take the wires and connector piece from the old battery.

The 3rd wire coming off of the battery pack, the blue one, I have not discovered the purpose of. But the red and black control the power for the car. I've noticed that running power to the red and black will make the car function, but not in reverse. So I'm guessing the blue wire has something to do with a switch inside.please help, how rc car reverse without a third blue wire, thx.

I had a similar problem. But my battery worked for some time. All of the connections seem to be cheap and all of the battery connectors have taken corrosion damage over time. For 'zhustack', your charger is only supposed to have 2 prongs on it, not 3. The red and black wires on the battery pack are the positive and ground wires. That's what is is charged off of. The 3rd wire coming off of the battery pack, the blue one, I have not discovered the purpose of. But the red and black control the power for the car. When its charging it flashes green & red and won't take a charge

If it is a Makita battery charger it means the battery has died or has an internal fault, or is too hot.
Take it out of the charger, let the battery cool down if required and try again.
If both red and green lights are flashing, try a different battery.
It might be time for a replacement battery.

Battery will stay charged

Have the battery charged and tested and then test the charging system. You should never run a car with a very dead battery. that will burn out the alternator.

My camer will power up say battery low but shows to be full but goes off and will not come on and charge.

How old is the battery? Batteries do die with with time. Be sure to replace it with a manufactures battery, not an aftermarket one.

Check gages light came on. the gas gage read 20 mi to empty. turned it off then on again and read 107 mi to empty. the engine soon died in the middle of traffic. Is it the battery???

The battery is one possible problem. However, the alternator charges the battery, and if that goes bad, the check gauges light will go on, in particular, the charge light will go on (red in color).

This is actually a very common problem. If the alternator is bad, it can cause the car to lose voltage over time, 30 to 40 minutes after the light goes on, the car will die if operated for that period of time with a fully charged battery, even.

My watch is 8 months old and just stopped..the screen still displays the exact time and date that it died..but because it's digital if it was the battery the screen should have gone blank?!!

Best bet is to start by replacing the battery. At 8 months it'll be due for one soon anyway and a new battery may "reboot" it so it runs again. As a battery wears out it doesn't just stop, it may still maintain the display even though it stops keeping time. Also, new "e-ink" displays require no power to maintain the display 0 only to change it.

Inspiron 600m laptop flashes the red light at the bottom of screen as if it needs charged, but it is 100% charged and is not hot or anything. It flashed red three times then green. I powed down unplugged...

when you use battery power, does the laptop work or does the battery die right away try letting the battery die itself, like use the laptop till it dies then charge it up again

Battery light blinking red during charging

Dell or Panasonic? Your post has both listed.

If the blinking light on a Dell is yellow or amber or orange (somewhere in that color range) and continues to blink the entire time it is plugged into AC power (wall outlet) and when you unplug it from the wall the laptop immediately dies .... then you battery is dead and needs replaced.

If the blinking light stops after a while (perhaps a minute?) and then turns green while plugged into AC power, then it is successfully charging - or so it thinks.

When you unplug it from the wall, does it stay up and running?
If it runs, it's OK - just ignore the light and plan on getting a new battery one day, start browsing now. :)
If it dies immediately upon unplugging, then your battery is dead and needs replaced.
