I have a Dell 3100cn that will not print as it continually states Load Tray Letter. The tray is loaded, I have rebooted multiple times any other thoughts?

The paper sensor is likely malfunctioning or there is a paper jam causing the printer to "think" that there is no paper in it.

This might be your problem. Sounds like the 3100n is finicky about paper size.
