Have you tried moving it to your spam folder and deleting it direct, not via the trash folder..This problem has been going on with yahoo mail for years.. Welcome to Mail for Desktop Help might also help...

make sure the paper is flush to the back. Pull the whole stack out and then push it pack in.

This shouldn't happen all the time, but it will happen from time to time when the server at Yahoo is just busy fetching data for you. Closing your Yahoo email program and restarting will generally cure that problem.
If you are getting this message generally more than once per day, there is an issue with your email program communicating with the server at Yahoo and you should call or email Yahoo support if you can access your email. Since Yahoo doesn't store data locally on your Hard Drive, but on Yahoo servers, you must take up the issue with Yahoo support services.

if under waranty take it back if not give laser a clean with a cotton bud diped in nail varnish remover ? if this fails then im sorry to say it seems that you need a new laser
