I have done a clean install of 9.04 on my old Sony

I have done a clean install of 9.04 on my old Sony VGN-B1XP laptop. All OK except no sound. Any ideas?

- When I said 9.04 I meant Ubuntu Linux 9.04. What good would windows drivers be for Linux?

try to find on europe website from sony http://support.vaio.sony.eu/computing/vaio/downloads/info/info.aspx?l=nl_NL&url=Vaio/Original/B1_Drivers.zip&m=VGN-B1XP&ip=Preinstalled_Drivers.htm
