Before you replace any parts, try a few experiments. Have you tried using the video input rather than the tuner? The menus are generated internally and enter the video stream later on in the processing than either the tuner or video input. Please try one or more of the video inputs and report the results here. If the video inputs work, the problem is the tuner. If neither work, then the video processing section is defective and will need further troubleshooting.

Decoder is a issue then the decoder is part of the tuner that went out at this point that need to be replaced areound $200 upwards. Once that is replaced you will be back into biz.
