Repair suggestion sent by webguy from Fossil to tuckerman in response to the question:

"How is the metal band on the Big Tic watch adjusted?"

In order to take out links for your watch?. first we have to distinguish the type of links that are used for your watch. If you look on the inside of the band near the clasp area?.the first few links going up on each side will have arrows engraved on them. There will either be one arrow engraved on one edge of each link or there will be an arrow engraved on both edges of each link. If you have Single arrow links?.the pin comes out the direction the arrow is pointing. Then push the pin through on the opposite side.

If you have Double arrow links?.the pin can be pushed out either direction. Pins can be pushed out with a sharp pin or a tack; however

they can be tough to get out sometimes. If you cannot get them out,

simply take the watch to any Fossil retailer or any jewelry store and they should be able to get them out for you. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

How do I make the watch band smaller?

to adjust the size of your chocolate!
most watches with linked wristbands require the links removing.(small pins to b e pushed out) the type with the chain links usually have a clamp to release to slide the clasp up the band. the instructions should be with the watch manual. or ask a jeweler to help.

please post pictures if need more help so i can see the design

Versace watch ( wristband)

Same place where you bought the watch, mate, same place where you bought the watch. Surely the watch is a Versage but the wrist band can be any band you can find at any good watchmaker of jeweller. ;)

How to remove links from timex ironman data usb wristband

Most metal bands simply need the folded edges bent upright and the link fasteners removed. They look like small staples. If you don't have this type, use a small paperclip, held in a pair of vice grips to push the pins out. Put them back in the way you took them out. the holes will loosen if you don't put them back in the way they were.

Relic Watch Band Removal

If there are holes where the band connects to the watch and you are unable to push the spring bar out. There may be a bar connecting the band to the watch. Those are harder to push out.You might have to use a tool & hammer it with a gavel. Hope this helps
