need full view of internal schmatic and instructions on how to change belts or troubleshoot problems. I have the 1699 proheat and the 7901 Bissell
I would appreciate a copy of operating instructions.

the Bissell proheat carpet cleaner doesn't spray the liquid any more

You can change the belts from the bottom, remove the brush roll, then you can reach thru slot to change the pump belt, then the cogged belt. Wasn't sure which darwing you wanted, if it is electrical, let me know.
