Question about Dell 962 Photo All-In-One InkJet Printer
When I try to scan things on the printer, it tells me there is an error scanning. I can print to the printer from the computer but when I try to copy or scan it doesn't work.
Try reinstalling the printer software by downloading the latest version from support.dell.com.Also try using the printer with a different system if avialable.
