it is hard drive or HDD is damaged or corrupted, i will advice you to buy and upgrade to a new one and then install back the OS, I mean that you need to install back the operating system. Firstly open up the system and remove the old and damaged HDD "hard drive" then put the new one in after you might have purchased, you can get a new HDD from just about any computer stores. After you have put in the new HDD, then reboot your system and put the opearating system CD into the CD drive to start the installation of the OS, follow the instructions carefully. But make sure you get the correct component for the CPU.

If this is difficult for you to do, kindly get a computer engineer or technician to help you out. Thanks

sounds like your hard drive has gone bad, i recomend upgrading to a new one and hope that you have a copy of your windows os, first to do this open up the system and remove the old hd "hard drive" and put your new one in, you can get a new one from just about any computer store like staples walmart office depot radio shack, ect ect. after you have your shinny new hd put that one in your system and hook up the cables, oh yeah make sure you get an approprate replacement find out if your old one is ide or sata the diffrence is the cable and power hook ups on the back, if you have a big cable thats about 1.5 inches wide then you have ide if its a small usualy red cable thats about half an inch then its sata, so now that you have your new hd in there and hooked up boot the computer up with the windows installer disk in the cd rom drive and boot from cd follow the instructions and reinstall the os, if your lucky you can also take your old hard drive and after the new copy of windows is installed shut your system down and on the old hd look for a jumper pin and move it to the slave setting and hook the old hd back in your system and boot windows and hopefully windows will see the old drive so you can copy your old files and whatever was on the old hard drive :)

Your PC is telling you that it cannot recognize your Hard Drive. You need to order a new Hard Drive. They are very cheap. Then you will need to re-install Windows. All of your data may be lost, but you can bring your Hard Drive to a data recovery center or PC Store to see if the data can be retrieved.

Hard Drive is probably dead so you will need to purchase a new one.

Sorry and Good Luck.
