Hello my Bose 321 I had for a little more than a year and now its starts going crazy first it wont let me get a disc out now it tells me format unsupported everytime i try to watch a movie brand new or scratched and old I cann not fiqure out what I am doing wrong also another thing is that it shuts down also it says BOSE 321
