My tomtom won't turn on when I've charged it for

You cannot charge this in your car only on the main eletric home 220v or 120v.
Then press the reset button underneath. And active with the Computer again.

Tom tom is not mad to recharge on 12v.

try the usb cable to your. this is the recommended method to charge a tomtom when it wont power on. for reasons unexplained by tomtom they do not recommend the car or house charges.

plug it in via the usb cable to your computer for a few hours(make sure the green light is on and nice and bright) then press and hold the power button(this could take up to 20 seconds)
