I think you don't have administrator password.They give you user password.For this you need to know admin password to gain admin privilege.You ask them for admin password. You can also change admin pass or remove the pass with Ultimate BootCD. You can download it from internet. Also many software have that can remove admin pass. Googling and get it.For further help plz contact.
