Received a free Lexmark z2320 InkJet Colour Printer when I purchased a Notepad. Returned the first printer and now the second one is performing exactly the same! When I try to set it up I am following the steps on the Driver exactly to the letter. When I press continue to complete the step enabling the printer to do a self alignment on a blank page, it spits the page out and tells me there is a paper jam. However there is no paper jam! The on/off light blinks and I am told to remove the paper, which I do and to turn the printer off, which I do. Then I can't turn the printer back on. I then end up disconnecting everything, deleting the driver fom my computer and starting all over again. The same thing happens. This is ridiculous. Can anyone help me?
